Shipping policy

We're fast. Most orders placed before 3 pm ET ship the same day. Orders after 3 pm ET typically ship the next day. From there, the average order is delivered within 2 days. We don't ship on weekends.

We currently ship within the USA only. We love hearing from folks outside the States — if you'd like us to reach your country sooner, send us a note at care@opalnu.com.

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. Give it a few hours to start updating after you receive it.

Start by checking your tracking info — carriers sometimes mark things delivered a little early. If it's still missing after 24 hours, contact care@opalnu.com and we'll help track it down or send a replacement if needed. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska Deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska may take a little longer and have fewer tracking updates than orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
