Order Information & Returns
How do I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, our warehouse team works fast to prepare it for shipment. Because of that, we're unable to change or cancel an order once you've received your confirmation email. If something's wrong, email us right away at care@opalnu.com and we'll do our best to help before it ships.
I think I entered the wrong shipping address. What now?
Reach out to care@opalnu.com as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do everything we can to update it. Once it's with the carrier, we're not able to reroute it.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Because LeanIQ™ is a consumable product, we can't accept returns on opened tubs or packs for safety reasons. If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, email care@opalnu.com within 14 days and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your call.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus the express checkout options available at checkout (like Apple Pay and Shop Pay).
Didn't get your order confirmation?
Check your spam or promotions folder first — it sometimes hides there. Still nothing after an hour or so? Email care@opalnu.com and we'll resend it.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry — that's not the welcome we want for you. Send a quick photo to care@opalnu.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement right away.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my package?
We're fast. Most orders placed before 3 pm ET ship the same day. Orders after 3 pm ET typically ship the next day. From there, the average order is delivered within 2 days. We don't ship on weekends.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the USA only. We love hearing from folks outside the States — if you'd like us to reach your country sooner, send us a note at care@opalnu.com.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. Give it a few hours to start updating after you receive it.
My order is missing or delayed. What can I do?
Start by checking your tracking info — carriers sometimes mark things delivered a little early. If it's still missing after 24 hours, contact care@opalnu.com and we'll help track it down or send a replacement if needed. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska Deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska may take a little longer and have fewer tracking updates than orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

Blueberry Lemonade is bright and a little tart — the kind that makes you forget it's doing something for you. Peach Mango tastes like summer and feels like clarity. Both are 0g added sugar and just 10 calories.
How do I use it?
Mix one scoop into 16 oz of cold water, mix thoroughly, and enjoy! One serving a day.
Can I take LeanIQ™ every day?
Yes. LeanIQ™ is formulated as a daily ritual — one serving per day.
When will I feel it?
We don't make time-specific claims, but most women describe the experience as steady energy, fewer cravings, and a clearer head over the course of the day.
How much caffeine is in LeanIQ™?
100mg per serving, from natural green coffee bean — about the equivalent of one 8 oz cup of coffee.
Will LeanIQ™ make me jittery?
LeanIQ™ pairs 100mg of natural caffeine with L-Theanine, which is well studied for smoothing out caffeine's effects. Most women describe the energy as steady and calm, not wired.
Can I drink it later in the day?
LeanIQ™ has about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. If you're sensitive to caffeine, we'd treat it the same way you'd treat your afternoon coffee and enjoy it earlier in the day.

Yes. LeanIQ™ contains exogenous ketones (goBHB®), 0g added sugar, 4g total carbs, and 10 calories per serving.
What are exogenous ketones / goBHB®?
goBHB® is a clean fuel source (beta-hydroxybutyrate) that gives your brain and body energy without relying on sugar. It's one of the reasons LeanIQ™'s energy feels steady instead of spiky.
Is LeanIQ™ vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free?

Can I take LeanIQ™ with my coffee or other supplements?
Most women do. Just keep your total caffeine in mind, since LeanIQ™ already has about a cup of coffee's worth. As with any supplement, check with your physician if you're taking medication.
