The Opal Oura Ring Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Opal Nutrition, LLC, 835 W Front St., Boise, ID 83702 ("Sponsor"). By entering, you accept these Official Rules and agree that Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Ōura Health Oy or any of its affiliates. Oura and Oura Ring are trademarks of Ōura Health Oy. Sponsor purchases the prize independently at retail, and Ōura Health Oy bears no responsibility or liability in connection with this Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and to legal residents of Canada excluding the Province of Quebec. Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Entrants must have reached the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence at the time of entry — eighteen (18) in most U.S. states and in Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, and Saskatchewan; nineteen (19) in British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win.

By entering, you represent that you meet these requirements. Sponsor may require proof of eligibility before awarding the prize.

3. Entry Period

This quarter's Entry Period begins September 17, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time and ends December 1, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

Sponsor may run the Giveaway again in future periods but is under no obligation to do so, and may modify or discontinue it at any time. Each run is a separate promotion with its own Entry Period, its own drawing, and its own winner, governed by the version of these Official Rules posted when that Entry Period opens. Entries do not carry over from one period to the next.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter, and both receive one (1) entry with identical odds of winning.

Method 1 — Subscription entry. Hold an active Opal subscription on a recurring every-4-weeks delivery schedule continuously from the close of the Entry Period through the date of the drawing. Eligible subscribers are entered automatically; no further action is required. A subscription that is cancelled, paused, or lapses for non-payment at any point before the drawing is not eligible, and that entry is void even if the cancellation happens after the Entry Period closes. Reactivating a cancelled subscription after the Entry Period closes does not restore eligibility.

Method 2 — Free mail-in entry (no purchase). Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, date of birth, and daytime phone number on a 3" x 5" card. Mail the card in a hand-addressed #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 1, 2026 and received by December 8, 2026. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or illegible entries are void. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately in its own envelope. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, or undelivered mail.

Mail-in entrants do not need to purchase anything, subscribe, or provide payment information, and are placed in the same drawing pool as subscription entrants.

5. Entry Limits and Odds

Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period, regardless of entry method. Entering by both methods does not create a second entry. Multiple subscriptions, multiple deliveries received during the Entry Period, multiple email addresses, or multiple mail-in cards do not increase the number of entries.

Entries are limited to one per household address. Use of any automated system, bot, script, or similar device to enter is prohibited and will void all of that entrant's entries.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

6. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded: an Oura gift card valued at $399 USD, redeemable at ouraring.com. That amount is the price of an Oura Ring 5 in Silver as of September 17, 2026. Approximate retail value (ARV): $399 USD. Total ARV of all prizes awarded this Entry Period: $399 USD.

The winner redeems the gift card directly with Oura and chooses their own finish and size. Determining the correct ring size, including the cost of any sizing kit Oura charges for, is the winner's responsibility. The winner is not limited to the Silver finish and may apply the card toward any Oura Ring finish or model Oura offers. Finishes priced above $399 USD require the winner to pay the difference. The gift card is issued by Ōura Health Oy and its use is governed by Oura's own terms, including any expiration date or redemption restrictions Oura imposes.

The gift card is worth $399 USD and no more. It does not cover sales tax, shipping, the price difference on a higher-priced finish or model, sizing kits, extended warranty upgrades, accessories such as the charging case, or any price increase after the date above. The winner is responsible for any balance due at checkout. No cash back or credit is given if the winner selects an item priced below $399 USD.

The Oura Membership is not included. The Oura Ring requires a separate paid monthly Oura Membership to unlock its health insights and most app features. That Membership is not part of the prize and is the winner's sole and ongoing responsibility.

Oura ships the ring directly to the winner at the address the winner supplies when redeeming the gift card. Sponsor does not ship the prize and is not responsible for Oura's fulfillment, shipping timelines, sizing exchanges, returns, or product support. Sponsor's obligation to the winner is limited to providing a gift card valued at $399 USD, which may be redeemed on Oura's Canadian storefront. A Canadian winner is solely responsible for any difference between that amount and the price charged by Oura in Canada, and for any duties, import or brokerage fees, provincial or federal taxes, and currency conversion costs. Sponsor will not pay or reimburse any of these.

The prize is not transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any portion of the prize not accepted is forfeited.

All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the value of the prize requires it, a U.S. winner must supply a completed IRS Form W-9 including a valid Social Security number before the prize is released, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC. A Canadian winner may be asked to complete IRS Form W-8BEN in place of a W-9.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about December 8, 2026 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry on or before December 15, 2026. The winner must respond to that email within seven (7) days of the date it is sent and provide the shipping and tax information Sponsor requests.

Canadian entrants — mathematical skill-testing question. Before being declared the winner, a selected entrant who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor. The question will be provided in the notification email and must be answered within forty-eight (48) hours of the time that email is sent. A Canadian entrant who answers incorrectly, or who does not answer within that window, forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days, cannot be reached at the email address provided, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to return any required documents, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will attempt no more than two (2) alternate selections, after which the prize may go unawarded.

Sponsor is not responsible for a notification email that is filtered as spam, bounced, or otherwise not received. Entrants are responsible for keeping a valid email address on file.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any person it believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these Official Rules, or acted in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner toward Sponsor or other entrants.

If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway and, at its discretion, award the prize in a random drawing from eligible entries received before the cancellation.

By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsor, Ōura Health Oy, and each of their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

The prize is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, from Sponsor. Any manufacturer warranty on the prize passes to the winner and is the manufacturer's responsibility alone.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, garbled, or not received for any reason, or for errors in the administration of the Giveaway.

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

9. Publicity and Privacy

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, and city and state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation. Any use of the winner's photograph, likeness, or statements requires separate written consent.

Sponsor will announce the winner's first name and last initial at on Opal's Instagram account, @opal.nutrition.

To the extent the Giveaway is promoted or announced on Instagram or Facebook, it is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Entries are not submitted through Instagram or Facebook, and Meta is not a party to these Official Rules. Entrants release Meta from all liability arising from the Giveaway.

Information submitted with an entry is collected by Sponsor and handled according to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entering does not automatically subscribe you to marketing email; mail-in entrants will not be added to any marketing list without separate opt-in.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles. By entering, you agree that any dispute arising out of the Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.

Canadian entrants agree that the Giveaway is subject to the Competition Act (Canada) and section 206 of the Criminal Code (Canada), including the requirement of a skill-testing question, and to the applicable laws of their province or territory of residence.

Remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering. In no event will attorneys' fees, or indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, be awarded.
